Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 c. sharp cheese, shredded
3 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
3 c. diced chicken
1 medium onion, cooked in 1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together hash browns, chicken and 1/2 cup butter.
Add onion and sour cream and stir.
Add cheese on top or mix in the casserole.
Stir cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter and put on top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
