Herbed Popovers(Makes 12 Muffins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. low-fat 2% milk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. flour
1 tsp. mixed dried herbs (thyme, basil, oregano, parsley, sage or Italian seasoning)
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Butter 12 muffin tins or spray them with a vegetable oil spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with the milk and margarine until frothy.
Beat in the flour, herbs and Parmesan cheese and allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes.
Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tins and place in the center of a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
