Texas Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. black-eyed peas, drained
2 c. Italian dressing
2 c. chopped pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Chill for 2 hours.
Serve with corn chips.
