Althea'S Italian Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 medium onions, chopped
    3 large green peppers, chopped
    3/4 tsp. garlic
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can whole corn with juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 lb. large shells
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    32 oz. canned tomato sauce
    1 oz. canned mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. sherry wine
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Add to macaroni shells or rice (cooked), brown veggies and beef. Add remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Uncover last 1/2 hour. Serves 10 hungry adults.
