Grilled Tuna Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry, rice wine or rice vinegar
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
4 tuna steaks (3/4 inch thick)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a shallow dish large enough to hold the tuna, combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic and ginger.
Place tuna in marinade and turn to coat it; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
