Fresh Sautéed Mixed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. slivered red onion
    1 7 oz. pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 medium yellow squash, cut into 1 1/2 X 1/2 inch strips
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1 1/2 X 1/2 inch strips
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion, dressing mix, salt, and garlic powder.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
    Add squash, zucchini, and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 8.
