Nutritious Poppin Fresh Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    chocolate bits
    peanut butter bits
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix together first 9 ingredients; press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Press chocolate bits, peanut butter bits and nuts on top.
    Bake for 17 minutes at 375\u00b0 until edges brown.
