Chicken And Pimento Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 young stewed or canned chicken, boned
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento bits (more if desired)
Preparation
    Cook rice in broth, add cream of chicken soup.
    Put in baking dish, garnish with pimento bits, placing boned chicken on top. Pour remaining broth over top, if any is left, and heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
