Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Blend in the dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until well done.
