Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
chocolate sprinkles
paper candy cups
Preparation

Put the cream cheese, sugar and cocoa powder in the mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
Roll the mixture into marble size balls in the palms of your hands.
You can make them bigger if you like.
Spread the chocolate sprinkles on the work surface and carefully roll the truffles in them, then put each one in a paper cup.
