Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. cooked roast beef, coarsely ground or diced
1 1/2 c. beef gravy or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef gravy
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
paprika
4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in meat, oregano and gravy.
Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat through.
