Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts
1 rounded (heaping) tsp. soda
1 level tsp. salt
Preparation

Bring Karo syrup and sugar to a boil at medium heat for 1 minute.
Add peanuts.
Cook 25 minutes at slow boil.
Mix salt and soda on waxed paper.
Pour in and stir fast.
Place tinfoil on cookie sheet and grease.
Pour candy on foil and cool.
Break candy into pieces.
