Green Bean Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. water
1 10 oz. can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. green beans
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Cut beans in half. Add to onion and garlic. Cover and let steam for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water and tomatoes until even with beans. Add seasonings to taste. Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
