Easy Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block tofu, drained
    1 pkg. chop sui vegetables
    1 pkg. surumi (fish paste)
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop vegetables into smaller pieces.
    Mash drained tofu and then mix in surumi.
    Add the egg and chopped vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drop by tablespoon into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil heated at medium setting.
    Cook both sides until each piece is lightly brown.
