Bie-Rocks Or Beuroc - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 c. onion, chopped
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
    hot roll dough
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Remove from pan.
    In butter (if needed) cook cabbage until wilted.
    Add hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Cool.
    Roll dough into 9-inch square.
    Place 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in center.
    Fold corners together. Place folded sides down.
    Place in a warm place to rise.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
