Some Relish To Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can cut green beans, drained
    1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple, drained
    1 small jar pimentos (can be chopped red bell pepper)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/3 c. garlic wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    dill weed to taste
Preparation
    Put green
    beans,
    pineapple,
    onion
    and pimentos in a large bowl.
    Beat
    together
    1/3
    cup
    garlic-flavored
    wine vinegar and 3 tablespoons olive oil with salt and dill weed to taste. Pour over the bean mixture and chill overnight.
    Great with sandwiches.
