Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
2 bell peppers
4 pieces celery
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
black and red pepper to taste
2 onions
1 pod garlic
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add finely chopped onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic.
Cook these ingredients until clear. Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add shrimp and cover with tight lid.
Cook on low heat, about 30 to 40 minutes or until shrimp are well done.
Serve over hot rice. Serves 4 persons.
