Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    6 eggs
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft, but not brown.
    Drain.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Mix well.
    Place in greased 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
