Mexican Super Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Holly Farms whole chicken, cut up
1 (7 oz.) pkg. taco flavored chips, crumbled
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 4 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, diced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Stew chicken until thoroughly cooked and allow to cool slightly. Remove meat from bones and cut in chunks.
Mix chicken with all other ingredients except cheese and pour into 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crisp green salad and Texas toast. Serves 6 to 8.
