Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick softened margarine
1 egg
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into a baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Do not overbake.
