Pie Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
3 to 4 tsp. water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and oil with fork until moist.
Add water; mix to absorb.
Take 1/2 of mixture and roll out between 2 layers of plastic wrap.
Take top layer and place in pie plate.
Make sure bubbles are removed from second layer.
Fill pie plate with ingredients for pie.
Add second layer of dough to top of pie or line another pie plate/tin.
Makes 2.
