Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Place crushed cereal in a bowl.
    Set aside.
    In a second bowl, beat egg and lemon juice together.
    In a third bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip pork chops in flour mixture, then in egg mixture.
    Coat with crushed cereal.
    Melt margarine in large frypan over low heat.
    Increase heat to medium.
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Cover.
    Cook about 20 minutes or until tender.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
