Crock-Pot Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced and browned
    2 red onions, diced and sauteed
    1 (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pt. half and half
    1/2 pt. water
    1 c. cooked wild rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook ingredients in crock-pot until cheese is melted and heated through.
    Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
