Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes apricot Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat to boiling the Jell-O, sugar, pineapple and water.
Cool items.
Soften cream cheese, Cool Whip (use whisk on these items), chopped celery and pecans.
Fold into apricot mixture.
Pour into 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish and chill.
