Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can beef consomme
3/4 c. long grain rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, celery salt and onion powder
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Melt butter in medium casserole dish.
Mix with remaining ingredients and bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
