Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large manicotti shells
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    26 oz. Marinara Sauce (see recipe under Soups, Salads and Sauces)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cool water. Let pasta dry on paper towels. In a medium bowl, stir together 3 cups Mozzarella, Ricotta and basil. Carefully stuff pasta with cheese mixture. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread 2 cups Marinara Sauce on bottom of dish. Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with Parmesan; bake 10 minutes longer. Serve hot.
