Cabbage Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 slices bacon
    1 large onion
    1 small can tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 head cabbage
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Saute onion in drippings until soft. Add tomato sauce.
    Chop up cabbage; add to mixture and steam.
    Add 2 cups of water; let it boil.
    Add 1 cup of rice.
    Let all cook for 20 minutes.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
