Oklahoma Style Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 gal. cut up tomatoes
    6 onions
    6 green bell peppers
    20 jalapenos (I use 10)
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 (32 oz.) catsup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Put all peppers, onions and carrots through food processor. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook for 1 hour.
    Pack into hot sterile jars and they should seal themselves.
