Mexican Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 pkg. salted crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. Ro-Tel
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped green olives
    4 to 5 slices American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Place in a shallow casserole dish and place cheese slices on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
