Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients well in a medium size mixing bowl.
    Pour into cake pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
