Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil.
    Beat just until smooth (do not overbeat). Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 8 or 9 servings.
