Best Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add chopped apples and nuts and bake in greased jelly roll pan or 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
