Blueberry Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients alternately with sour cream; add to egg mixture.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon in greased muffin tins or paper cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield: 24 muffins (large).
