Creamy Parmesan-Pepper Dressing(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry-curd cottage cheese
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place the cottage cheese in a food processor.
    Process for 3 minutes or until very smooth.
    With the machine running, pour in the buttermilk and vinegar.
    Process until smooth.
    Add the Parmesan and pepper.
    Blend briefly to distribute evenly.
