Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 large or 2 small onions, minced
    1 bell pepper, minced
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Steam or boil carrots until barely tender. Fold in onions and peppers. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, tomato soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add to vegetables and marinate for 2 to 3 days.
