Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add boiling water; cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add butter, lemon juice and rind.
Serves 4 to 6.
