Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. red food coloring
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix food coloring and cocoa; set aside.
    Cream Crisco and sugar together.
    Add eggs to sugar and beat.
    Add food coloring mixture and mix well.
    Add buttermilk.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat. Mix well.
    Bake in well-greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (2 pans).
