Angel Food-Sherbet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 container softened sherbet
1 container nondairy Cool Whip
Preparation

Slice angel food cake horizontally in middle; separate.
Slice 1-inch pieces of sherbet and place on bottom layer of cake.
Cover all of bottom layer with sherbet.
Place top layer of cake. Refreeze.
Cut wedges and serve.
Top with Cool Whip.
