Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. half and half*
2 c. flour
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 stick butter, melted (this goes in last)*
Preparation

This is best if left in the refrigerator overnight so that it gains some volume.
It is very thin if used as soon as made, but it is still delicious.
