Summer Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes), chopped
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    pinch of red pepper
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    8 oz. pasta (ziti or corkscrew)
    1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large serving bowl, mix all ingredients except pasta and cheese. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Toss pasta with tomato mixture. Chill.
    Add cheese before serving and toss gently.
