David'S Perfect Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water in bowl.
Stir in sugar, oil, egg and flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let rise in warm place for 20 minutes.
Punch dough down.
Spread into 2 nonstick pizza pans.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake until cheese is lightly browned.
Yields 2 pizza crusts.
