Roquefort Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 lb. seedless grapes (red or green), washed and dried
Preparation
    Toast walnuts on a baking sheet in a preheated 275\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Cool and chop coarsely.
    In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, Roquefort and cream and beat until smooth.
    Drop grapes into the cheese mixture and gently stir by hand to coat them.
    Then roll the coated grapes in the chopped walnuts and put on a sheet pan lined with wax paper.
    Chil until ready to serve.
