Kathy'S Favorite Pie Crust Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. ice water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cut shortening into flour using a knife or pastry cutter until coarse and crumbly.
    Add beaten egg, ice water and vinegar.
    Mix together and work into a dough.
    Makes two 9-inch pie crusts.
