Basic Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    2 Cup milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients then add eggs and milk.
    gradually add the oil.
    You can add blueberries, or cooked rice or tsp. of cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar.
    Pour onto griddle heated with a small amount of heat.
    When cooked on edges, turn, cook for about 1 minute more.
    Remove and serve immediately.
