Chocolate Fondue Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pinch salt
    1 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, cornstarch and salt and blend with butter until smooth.
    Add milk and sugar substitute and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
    Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
    Put pan in cool ice water and stir until cool. Yield:
    16 tablespoons.
