Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Put apricots and coconut in chopper (cut fine).
Mix in powdered sugar and roll in granulated sugar.
Let \"ripen\" in refrigerator at least a week.
