Turkey Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
    2 x 1/2-inch turkey strips
Preparation
    Combine eggs and pepper sauce.
    Dip turkey into eggs, then bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Place between 2 sheets of wax paper and chill.
    Fry for one minute until crisp.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Dip in Bleu cheese dressing or your choice of dressing.
