Party Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 medium carrots, ground
1/2 green pepper, ground
1 large kosher dill pickle, ground
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can Spam, chopped
3 Tbsp. onion, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, Spam, carrots, onion, pepper, pickle and salt.
Add Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar. Mix well and chill. Serve with crackers.
