Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
fruit (peaches, berries, rhubarb, etc.)
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix flour, milk, sugar and baking powder.
Pour on top of butter.
Place fruit on top (any amount).
Berries or rhubarb should be sweetened first.
Bake at 375\u00b0, until butter comes up over fruit and browns on top (about 45 minutes).
Best served same day.
