Scotch Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle butterscotch morsels
6 c. oven toasted rice cereal
1 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Melt over hot (not boiling) water the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter.
Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer butterscotch mixture to large bowl.
Add rice cereal; mix well.
Press mixture into aluminum foil lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour).
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Makes 48 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
